You will manage innovation and new product development portfolio governance, roadmapping, and pipeline execution.

You will own the release pipeline

Responsibilities

• Design Stage Gate workflows, role-based governance, scoring models, valuation frameworks, and portfolio scenarios.
• Standardize artifact templates and approval processes across innovation and NPD initiatives.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams on Accolade PFAT/NPI data ingestion and model alignment for reporting revenue backlog and pipeline sufficiency.
• Partner with BI teams to evolve the Innovate Accolade DRD Cockpit in Power BI.
• Author SOPs, runbooks, and training materials, and conduct training for R&D, Product, and Finance stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of experience in innovation or NPD portfolio roles.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience configuring Accolade or equivalent PPM tools.
• Practical experience with Stage Gate methodology, portfolio scoring, scenario analysis, and resource planning.
• Experience integrating Accolade with SFDC (Salesforce), SAP, PLM, and analytics platforms.
• Proficiency with Snowflake and Power BI.
• Ability to define data contracts and governance standards.
• Technical familiarity with ERP, CRM, PLM, and Analytics Platforms.
• Javascript and VBScript skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of manufacturing and aerospace NPI cycles.
