Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to proactively expand our customer base.
- Manage your own leads and time autonomously within a scale-up environment.
- Apply a consultative approach to sell employee workplace solutions.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of success in SaaS or solution sales.
- Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business.
- Experience selling employee workplace solutions.
- Background in SaaS or sensor sales within a scale-up organization.
- Demonstrated experience in the Workplace segment.
- Ability to navigate the challenges of selling in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong organizational and professional communication skills.
- Any Graduate degree.
