Description

You will manage production workflows and financial reporting for a specific book of work across multiple brands or therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Obtain production estimates and provide ongoing financial reporting and monthly reconciliations to the Production Management Lead.
• Coordinate content planning timing and resource scheduling with Capability Leads, IT, and Engagement Planners.
• Track the eight stages of the campaign lifecycle to ensure deadlines are met across the matrix.
• Monitor KPIs and campaign analytics to assess content performance and implement necessary course corrections.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of relevant experience in production management.
• Bachelor's degree.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with production estimation and financial reconciliation.
• Ability to manage multi-stage campaign lifecycles.
• Experience performing QA for digital and print assets.
• Capability to interpret campaign analytics and KPIs.

Preferred Skills

• Facilitate status meetings for brand or therapeutic area participants.
• Identify and lead workflow or tool improvements in collaboration with IT.
