Description

Lead service delivery and client relationships within the banking and financial services sector. Drive organizational changes to improve service results and implement process improvements, RPA solutions, and analytical insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement RPA solutions and analytical insights.
• Solve complex customer service issues by identifying root causes to maintain productivity and quality metrics.
• Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews and act as the primary point of contact for first-level escalations.
• Manage and grow client partnerships by offering proactive solutions and maintaining high compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of experience handling operations or similar disciplines for Senior Manager roles.
• Proven experience in project management and managing multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously.
• Experience managing direct or matrix teams, including project managers and technical resources.
• Ability to manage a span of up to 150 resources for Senior Manager level.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional client interactions.
• Demonstrable capability in building trust and professional rapport with team members.
• Experience in handling banking and financial services campaigns.
