Description

You will drive account expansion and manage the financial performance of assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

• Execute business development strategies to expand our footprint within key accounts.
• Own and manage relationships with C-level executives across business, technology, and procurement functions.
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans to meet defined growth targets.
• Identify new opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing bodies of work.
• Collaborate with technology leaders and global teams to deliver solutions to clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in account management or business development.
• Proven track record managing projects involving Data Warehousing, Analytics, BI, Application Modernization, Machine Learning, GenAI, or Data Migration.
• Direct experience working with Insurance and Financial Services clients.
• Demonstrated ability in upselling and cross-selling services.
• Strong client relationship building and communication skills.
• Understanding of Google Cloud solutions.
• Ability to proactively introduce technical solutions to improve client business performance.

Preferred Skills

• Fluency in French.
• Ability to provide specific examples of past work and successful account expansions.
