Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for international market expansion.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Tailor CRM and ERP solutions to specific client business requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of successful B2B IT sales experience.
• Proven track record in international sales environments.
• Deep understanding of CRM and ERP systems and business processes.
• Experience managing and growing a significant portfolio of clientele.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
