Description

Manage client relationships and drive business development within the IT staffing sector. You will execute direct hire, permanent placement, and nearshore hiring strategies to deliver year-over-year growth.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing client relationships and acquire new customers through proactive business development.
• Execute direct hire, permanent placement, and nearshore hiring strategies.
• Drive opportunities involving Managed Services, Statement of Work (SOW), and Hire-to-Deploy (HTD) models.
• Collaborate with senior client hiring leaders, talent acquisition teams, MSPs, and hiring managers.
• Support high-volume recruitment requirements and deliver against growth targets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Staffing Account Management, Sales, and Business Development.
• Proven track record of managing SI, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customers.
• Experience working with US and global customers and global teams.
• Technical literacy in Java, .NET, C#, Python, JEE, .NET Core, Angular, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, Databases, NoSQL, Hadoop.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
• Ability to travel for customer meetings and attend technology and networking events.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT staffing sales and business development in Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, or Brazil.
