Manage financial analysis, compliance reporting, and accounting guidance for high-volume operations in Rosemead, CA.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply GAAP and regulatory decisions to provide accounting guidance to team members.
• Perform financial statement variance explanations related to fixed assets and billings.
• Execute monthly variance analysis to identify key drivers, trends, and causes of unexpected variances.
• Oversee data analysis for work order true-ups and billings to ensure charge integrity and resolve issues.
• Lead quarterly and annual compliance reporting and manage data requests for regulatory agencies.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 7+ years of accounting experience in a high-volume environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in interpreting and applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodology and analytical formulae for computational analysis.
• Knowledge of electrical theory, energy systems, and technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Strong oral and written communication skills for explaining accounting issues and business processes.
• Ability to perform financial/economic analysis, pricing, and sales analysis.
