You manage assigned customer portfolios to build long-term relationships and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit margins.
• Define system scope and objectives by analyzing user needs and business processes.
• Act as a liaison between clients and technical support groups to elicit, document, and validate requirements.
• Forecast and track key account metrics while preparing regular status reports.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Domain SMEs to ensure timely delivery and define expected ROI.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, or a related role.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence C-level and executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office, specifically MS Excel.
• Experience managing multiple account management projects simultaneously.
• Ability to execute requirements management and change management processes.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on specific customer objectives.
• Strong skills in eliciting and analyzing business requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Background as a Project Manager or working with Domain SMEs.
