Description

You will manage reseller relationships and drive channel growth through technical support and proactive sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and service to resellers and corporate account owners via phone, chat, and email.
• Conduct competitor checks to track reseller and wholesale market trends.
• Maintain records of client products, developments, and growth initiatives.
• Recruit new resellers by explaining program benefits and managing the sign-up process.
• Negotiate with resellers to prevent account transfers and resolve complex issues through proper escalation.

Required Skills

• At least 6 months of experience as a Customer Care Specialist.
• At least 6 months of experience as a Sales Representative.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability in leadership and customer service.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
