Description

You will manage financial records and project accounting for a real estate builder firm.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records and prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Track costs, revenues, and budgets for specific real estate projects.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and reconciliations.
• Prepare and file tax returns, including property and sales taxes, while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Monitor expenditures against budgets and provide variance analysis to management.
• Coordinate with external auditors and implement internal control recommendations.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and Balance sheet management.
• Proficiency in GST and TDS compliance.
• Understanding of RERA regulations.
• Experience in project cost reporting and financial forecasting.
• Ability to manage financial databases and software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
