Handle financial processing and data assembly within the Financial Payments Section.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Audit and process invoices to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Assemble documents and data for various job-related analyses.
• Prepare documents for input into the Client Service System.

Required Skills

• 1 year of experience auditing and processing invoices.
• 1 year of basic accounting experience.
• 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Professional business office experience.
• Ability to speak and understand English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Client Service System.
