Description

Act as the primary accounting interface between LATAM entities and US headquarters.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Verify documentation for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting closings.
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank transactions.
• Perform cash-flow analysis and manage intercompany transactions.
• Execute fixed asset controls, general ledger maintenance, billing, and payroll entries.
• Handle accruals, reconciliations, and reporting under the supervision of the Accounting Manager.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of IFRS and Brazilian GAAP.
• Proficiency in English (written and oral).
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure.
• University degree in Accounting Science or a related field.
• Experience working in a hybrid office model in São Paulo.
