Description

You will manage overcharge resolution for Expedia Virtual Cards and drive financial recovery through data analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve overcharges by submitting claims to issuing banks and providing evidence during the hotel rebuttal phase.
• Analyze data to identify new opportunities for rebuttal efforts and financial recovery.
• Monitor work queues to ensure all cases stay within established recovery timelines.
• Communicate clearly via email to convey necessary information to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in managing journal entries.
• Ability to meet specific department metrics regarding efficiency and effectiveness.
• Effective written communication skills for email correspondence.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Expedia Virtual Card systems or similar payment platforms.
