Description

Lead accounting operations, budgets, and audits for a healthcare organization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement departmental goals, plans, and standards aligned with clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements.
• Prepare, monitor, and evaluate departmental budgets to ensure compliance with allocated funding.
• Direct departmental operations, including information technologies and service level determination.
• Coordinate and direct internal and external audits.
• Manage staffing activities including hiring, orientation, evaluation, and continuing education.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in accounting.
• Strong accounting expertise.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Knowledge of clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements.
• Leadership and personnel management skills.
• Ability to work without supervision and exercise decisive judgment.
• Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Any graduate degree.
