Description

You will manage the intersection of financial planning and operational performance through capital expenditure analysis and cost deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly financial metrics, capital spending timing, and return on capital.
• Build capital spend plans, calculate ROIs, and identify potential cost reductions.
• Liaise between Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Sales & Marketing on large-scale projects.
• Monitor capital budget performance against plan and manage the retirement of assets.
• Support cost deployment using WCM methodology and maintain supporting data for cost savings.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1-3 years of experience as an analyst in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Experience with Google Suites.
• Working knowledge of Oracle.
• Working knowledge of Domo.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of manufacturing environments.
• MBA degree.
