Description

You will manage end-to-end accounting and finance activities to ensure transparent and efficient company accounts.

Responsibilities

• Execute all accounting functions in Zoho Books and QuickBooks, covering sales, purchases, expenses, and the general ledger.
• Manage monthly payroll preparation, reconciliation, GL booking, and salary processing.
• Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations of trial balances, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
• Prepare data for TDS, GST, and EPF filings, ensuring all statutory requirements are met.
• Oversee banking operations, bank reconciliation statements, and monthly vendor payments.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of well-rounded experience in a CA firm, staffing, or consulting industry.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books and QuickBooks.
• Strong experience in GAAP accounting, tax preparation, and financial statement preparation.
• Advanced computer skills, specifically with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing TDS, GST, and EPF return filing and payments.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
