Accounting Manager in Makati

Oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Leads the accounting team, ensures accurate and timely financial statements, manages closing activities, and provides financial insights to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities
-Lead and supervise accounting functions, including AP, AR, Payroll, and Fixed Assets.
-Manage financial closing, reporting, reconciliations, and audits.
-Ensure compliance with GAAP, BIR regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.
-Monitor cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
-Improve accounting processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
-Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-5–7 years of accounting experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
-Must have a CPA license 
-Other relevant certifications are an advantage.
