Description

You will manage financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and internal controls.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and cost optimization opportunities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a Big 4 or public accounting firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial modeling.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
• Experience in account reconciliation and financial reporting.

Preferred Skills

• CPA certification.
• Experience with audit, tax, or advisory services in a public accounting setting.
• Exposure to SOX compliance and internal controls.
