Description

Manage North America general ledger operations, ensuring financial statement accuracy through balance sheet oversight and consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain month and quarter-end closing schedules, including balance sheet reconciliation and review.
• Drive general ledger accounting and consolidation for North America entities.
• Oversee significant non-standard transactions requiring cross-departmental collaboration.
• Determine US GAAP compliance standards and manage related controls.
• Work with internal and external auditors to ensure SOX 404 compliance.

Required Skills

• CPA certification is required.
• 6+ years of public company accounting experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting from a four-year college or university.
• Deep experience with ERP and financial close systems.
• Strong knowledge of the financial statement process, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and resolve issues quickly.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP and BPC.
