Description

You will manage end-to-end accounting, taxation, and financial reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full books of accounts, including ledger entries, income/expense accruals, and journal entries using Tally.
• Execute tax compliance tasks including TDS working, online TDS payments, advance tax advice, and e-filing of tax challans.
• Manage GST compliance by filing GSTR-3B and GSTR-1 returns.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations, inter-branch reconciliations, and monthly balance confirmations.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable through vendor payments, creditor/debtor reconciliations, and invoice processing.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Tally for ledger management and book writing.
• Hands-on experience with GST filing (GSTR-3B, GSTR-1) and TDS online payments.
• Expertise in bank statement management and daily bank reconciliation.
• Strong skills in creditor, debtor, and party ledger reconciliation.
• Ability to prepare MIS reports, specifically Bank Reports and Funds Positions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for report preparation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing petty cash and daily expense tracking.
• Experience with E-Waybill creation and operational logistics.
