Description

You will oversee the accounts payable function and lead financial operations related to invoice management and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Process, validate, and code invoices according to company policies and approval workflows.
• Manage vendor relationships, resolve payment issues, and negotiate terms to optimize cash flow.
• Mentor and train accounts payable specialists to support team development.
• Improve AP processes through automation and technology implementation.
• Execute timely payment runs and prepare aging and cash flow reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with internal auditing standards and assist with external audits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in accounts payable.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and financial best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Invoice Processing and payment scheduling.
• Proficiency with InfoR Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and accounting software.
• Expertise in Vendor Relations and dispute resolution.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
