Description

You will manage complex customer accounts, oversee collections, and mitigate credit risk.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve past due and disputed items to meet team metrics and maintain customer relationships.
• Mitigate customer risk through credit reviews, effective questioning, and setting appropriate credit limits.
• Analyze account information to determine necessary courses of action and make decisions within ambiguous tasks.
• Mentor Level II specialists on best practices and departmental standards.
• Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and management to address billing and account issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in credit and accounts receivable management.
• Proficiency with ERP software.
• Advanced Excel skills, specifically VLOOKUP.
• Experience managing high-level, complex customer accounts.
• Proven ability to reconcile complex billing disputes.
• Demonstrated skill in risk mitigation and credit limit setting.
• Any graduate degree.
