Description

You will manage end-to-end payment processing and reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Process client payments including checks, wire transfers, and ACH within ERP systems.
• Reconcile payments against invoices and resolve discrepancies such as short or overpayments.
• Perform daily cash posting and monitor reports to maintain accurate financial records.
• Investigate misapplied funds and correct transaction errors.
• Coordinate with customers and internal finance teams to resolve disputes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or cash application.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or similar financial software.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Experience managing high-volume cash application and bank portals.
• Strong data analysis and reconciliation capabilities.
• Ability to resolve complex payment discrepancies and mismatched transactions.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder and customer coordination.
