Description

Manage a high-volume portfolio of 400+ accounts valued between $7M and $15M, resolving past due and disputed items while maintaining customer relationships.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate customer risk through effective questioning, credit reviews, and establishing appropriate credit limits.
• Reconcile accounts, apply credits, issue refunds, and research complex billing issues.
• Collaborate with sales teams and management to resolve invoicing discrepancies and address account issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external controls and adhere to established credit and receivable policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or collections roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in credit risk assessment, running credit reports, and setting payment terms.
• Proven ability to manage large account portfolios and prioritize agendas.
• Strong skills in collections activities via phone and email communication.
• Ability to research and reconcile data to resolve complex billing issues.
• Experience working closely with sales teams and participating in leadership meetings.
