Description

You will manage accounts receivable operations and customer support for the credit department.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute collection activities to minimize credit losses.
• Provide direct support to internal and external customers to improve service performance.
• Maintain open lines of communication between customers, sales, and the Credit Department.
• Support Credit Department infrastructure needs and assist Management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with AR processes.
• Experience using Software Systems.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Must be able to work on a W2 basis.
• Any graduate degree.
