Description

Manage cash posting, resolve account discrepancies, and support collection efforts for national or governmental accounts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Post cash receipts to open accounts receivable and manage adjustments.
• Identify payment discrepancies and initiate the dispute resolution process.
• Perform in-depth customer payment analysis to resolve disputed items.
• Research denied or incorrect payments and forward accounts for reimbursement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address payment issues and support collection efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related roles.
• Proficiency in cash receipts and debt collection.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Experience with credit and collection operations procedures.
• Ability to perform account reconciliation of A/R activity.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High level of organizational skill and attention to detail.
• Degree from any graduate program.
