Description

Design and develop L1, L2, and L3 RAN stack components for 4G and 5G networks.

Responsibilities

• Implement LTE/5G-NR RRC, SDAP, and PDCP layer procedures on eNB, gNB, CU, and DU sides.
• Design and write large-scale, real-time, and concurrent software using C, C++, or Go.
• Debug complex systems programming issues within the RAN stack.
• Execute unit tests and host tests using simulators and automation scripts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in L1, L2, and L3 RAN stack development and design.
• Proficiency in 3GPP and O-RAN specifications for 4G and 5G.
• Strong expertise in C, C++, or Go programming.
• Deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and systems programming.
• Hands-on experience with RRC, PDCP, and RAN protocols.
• Experience debugging large-scale, real-time, and concurrent software.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 5G NR MAC layer, Physical Layer (DSP), and NAS.
• Knowledge of O-RAN architecture and nRT-RIC-CU-DU interfaces.
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, and containerized applications.
