You will optimize acquisition functions for Program Management Offices within the Enterprise Contracts Office.
Responsibilities
Summarize complex cost and schedule data for briefings to internal and external leadership.
Conceptualize acquisition program strategy improvements and present findings to senior management.
Execute US Government pre-acquisition activities, including market research and drafting Acquisition Strategies and Source Selection Plans.
Improve the quality of Government acquisition artifacts such as Statements of Work (SOWs), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), and Acquisition Plans.
Support services-based acquisition programs by providing Contractor Full-Time Equivalent (CFTE) support to external organizations.
Required Skills
Active TS/SCI clearance.
7+ years of experience supporting US Government acquisition programs.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or 5 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree).
Expertise in contract types including CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, FFP, FFP/LOE, T&M, and Multi-Award IDIQ.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access) including relational data techniques.
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Site Administration.
