Description

You will manage civil construction, structural installations, and commissioning activities for project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil construction and structural installations, including foundations and steel erection.
• Review product and equipment submittals, shop drawings, engineering design drawings, and contractor RFIs.
• Ensure compliance with safe work practices, OSHA requirements, and prevailing building codes.
• Support construction administration through schedule coordination, quality confirmations, and weekly coordination meetings.
• Observe civil and structural building systems to ensure contractor adherence to project delivery methods and schedules.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of experience in civil construction or structural installation.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and AutoCAD.
• Deep knowledge of IBC, NEC, NESC, NFPA, ASME, AMCA, ARI, AWS, ASHRAE, and EM standards.
• Experience managing planned utility outages and coordination meetings.
• Ability to review engineering design drawings and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety requirements for civil works.

• Degree in any graduate field.
