Description

You will own the QA strategy and execution for Actimize solutions deployed in a cloud environment, focusing heavily on API testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies for cloud-native Actimize solutions.
• Design and execute automated test scripts for REST and SOAP APIs.
• Coordinate test cycles and manage testing environments within AWS or Azure.
• Mentor QA team members and promote an automation-first culture.
• Track defects in JIRA and align testing with Agile sprint cycles.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of software QA testing experience, including leading test efforts.
• Strong hands-on experience with API testing and automation (REST, SOAP).
• Proficiency in automation frameworks: Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, or Postman.
• Experience with Java or Python programming languages.
• Solid knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based delivery (AWS).
• Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA.
• Solid background in the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain, including AML, KYC, Fraud.
