Job Summary: 
Join our team as Actimize CTR Developer (CTR | AIS) and build your career in high profile AML projects

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and develop NICE Actimize CTR (Currency Transaction Reporting) solutions.
• Design and implement business rules, workflows, validations, and reporting requirements.
• Build and support data integrations, ETL processes, and source-to-target mappings.
• Develop SQL queries, troubleshoot data issues, and optimize system performance.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support activities.
• Prepare technical design documents, configuration guides, and support documentation.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Business Analysts, SMEs, and Operations teams for successful delivery.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with NICE Actimize CTR, AIS, and Actimize Designer.
• Experience with ETL, data profiling, and data quality validation.
• Working knowledge of AML, BSA, FinCEN regulations, and CTR reporting.
• Experience in Banking and Financial Services domain. Skills & Qualifications
• Language proficiency: Java, Strong SQL/Oracle skills, data profiling, and query optimization.
• AML domain knowledge: Understanding of FATF, BSA, EU AML directives, and typologies.
• Testing frameworks: Familiarity with SIT/UAT processes and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Experience working with banking/Financial Services client

Experience: 6 to 12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Actimize CTR development/projects.

Educational: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or MCA from a reputed institution.
