Description

Provide technical consultation and support in developing applications for financial crime investigations. Design technical specifications and guide the development of solutions using NICE Actimize Case Management tools. Lead analysis efforts, including building, scanning, deploying, and testing solutions within Agile cycles. Collaborate with product owners and team members to ensure alignment with business needs and technical standards. Participate in system testing, documentation, and migration of applications to production environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain NICE Actimize Case Manager solutions and Java plugins.
• Analyze business requirements and design technical specifications for financial crime applications.
• Build, scan, deploy, and test solutions within Agile development cycles.
• Ensure alignment between technical implementation and business requirements.
• Participate in system testing, documentation, and production migration.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on work with Actimize Case Management solutions (ActOne / RCM).
• 2+ years of experience with NICE Actimize Case Manager development.
• Strong SQL skills with 4+ years of experience in database platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
• Experience with Java application development, including understanding of Java memory models.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven, and GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, or Selenium.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud-native patterns.
