Description

Develop and maintain NICE Actimize Case Manager solutions and Java plugins for financial crime investigations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design technical specifications and guide development of solutions using NICE Actimize Case Management tools.
• Develop and maintain Actimize Case Manager solutions and Java plugins.
• Lead analysis, build, scan, deploy, and testing efforts within Agile cycles.
• Collaborate with product owners to align technical implementation with business requirements.
• Participate in system testing, documentation, and migration to production.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with NICE Actimize Case Manager development (ActOne / RCM).
• Strong SQL skills (4+ years) with Oracle, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
• Experience with Java application development and understanding of Java memory models.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Maven, and GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, or Selenium.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud-native patterns.
