Description

You will design, develop, and deploy enterprise case management workflows and alert generation within the Actimize suite.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy enterprise case management workflows, alert generation, and SLA configurations in Actimize.
• Customize case types, security entitlements, and user management to meet business and regulatory standards.
• Develop and optimize Actimize rule solutions, reporting, and data feeds for compliance operations.
• Support system integrations with external data providers, APIs, and legacy systems.
• Conduct configuration, debugging, and maintenance of Actimize systems to ensure high reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Actimize suite (ActOne, Case Management).
• Strong expertise in eRCM development: alert types, workflows, and Enterprise Rules and Components.
• Experience with Actimize Plugin development, scheduler, and system tools.
• Deep understanding of Actimize database schemas and data structures.
• Proficiency with Oracle and SQL Server for data validation and management.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments supporting Actimize deployments.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and workflow design principles.
• Experience supporting AML/fraud/compliance workflows in financial services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FinCEN SAR Module 16.1+.
