Design and deliver technology solutions for alert review and investigations squads.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement multiple scenarios using strategic architecture to meet regulatory expectations.
• Develop, maintain, and automate suspicious activity filing and case creation workflows.
• Migrate legacy scenarios and processes to strategic architecture.
• Write code based on requirements and design documents while ensuring test coverage.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and global IT partners within Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical experience with Actimize Suite, including ActOne, Case Management, and FinCEN SAR Module.
• Proficiency in RCM development, including Alert types, Views, DART, Workflows, and Administration.
• Experience with RCM plugin development and Actimize scheduler.
• 3+ years of hands-on Core Java development.
• Strong database skills including SQL, stored procedures, and query tuning.
• Understanding of AIS concepts and Actimize models.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux infrastructure.
• Solid grasp of service design, OO, and functional development concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Domain expertise in financial crimes.
