Description

You will implement and manage NICE Actimize solutions specifically for Fraud Management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and implement interfaces between Actimize modules and internal systems.
• Lead project activities and facilitate communication between business users, DBAs, technical staff, and vendors.
• Research and resolve issues regarding Actimize modules, processes, and system performance.
• Monitor solution performance and coordinate with DBAs and System Administrators for necessary actions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for multiple Actimize modules and multi-platform interfaces.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Actimize Developer.
• Deep expertise in implementing NICE Actimize solutions for Fraud Management.
• Proven experience with two or more Actimize modules.
• Domain expertise in Fraud Management and Payments.
• Ability to manage multi-platform interfaces.
• Experience directing technical project activities and team leadership.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot system performance problems.
• Any Graduate degree.
