Description

You design, build, and maintain financial crime prevention solutions using NICE Actimize software.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Actimize modules (AIS, RCM, IFM, SAM, STAR) for AML, fraud, and trade surveillance.
• Write custom plugins in Java and complex SQL to extend platform capabilities.
• Create rules, workflows, and DART layouts to meet compliance requirements.
• Integrate Actimize with enterprise systems using APIs and web services.
• Debug production issues and collaborate with business analysts and compliance officers in Agile environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience with Actimize modules (RCM, AIS, SAM, IFM, STAR).
• Strong domain knowledge in financial crime, specifically AML and Fraud.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Java for custom plugin development.
• Experience with database systems such as Oracle or MS-SQL.
• Familiarity with application servers like WebSphere or Tomcat.
• Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Experience working within Agile development frameworks.
