Description

You build and maintain financial crime prevention solutions using NICE Actimize software.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Actimize modules (AIS, RCM, IFM, SAM, STAR) for AML, fraud, and trade surveillance.
• Write custom plugins in Java, complex SQL, and define rules, workflows, and DART layouts.
• Integrate Actimize with enterprise systems using APIs and web services.
• Develop alerts, cases, and dashboards while optimizing system performance.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to define requirements and resolve production issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Actimize (RCM, AIS, SAM, IFM, STAR) and financial crime domains (AML, KYC, Fraud).
• Strong SQL and Java programming skills for custom plugin development.
• Experience integrating systems via APIs.
• Familiarity with application servers like WebSphere and Tomcat.
• Proficiency in rule workflow development and system configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
