Description

Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Actimize IFM solutions, including custom AIS and RCM components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized AIS and RCM components and plugins for Actimize solutions.
• Install, configure, and code Actimize modules, including Act One and IFM-X.
• Execute solution upgrades and profile migrations while ensuring system integrity.
• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical specifications and low-level design documents.
• Manage the release process using ServiceNow and Rally.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of development experience in Actimize IFM Solutions.
• Proficiency in developing custom profiles and AIS/RCM plugins.
• Strong understanding of RCM objects and configuration.
• Expertise in writing complex Microsoft SQL Server queries and stored procedures.
• Experience with Release Management processes.
• Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IFM 10.X solutions and Cassandra Database.
• Knowledge of Java.
