Drive market presence and distribution volume across existing and new territories.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with On-Premise and Off-Premise accounts to increase case depletion and menu placements.
• Develop partnerships with distributor representatives to strengthen market interactions and leverage activation support.
• Maintain and expand the company CRM and market reporting systems.
• Expand the network of Contract Reps for Off-Premise tastings and events.
• Assist the marketing team with digital, print, public relations, and promotional asset development.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in retail sales, digital marketing, or hospitality.
• Proven ability to work with retail, hospitals, and distillery environments.
• Strong verbal and personal communication skills to influence accounts and distributors.
• Flexibility to travel to support growth in existing and new territories.
• Any Graduate degree.
