Description

Manage and maintain global Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure and Windows Server environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Active Directory object maintenance and Windows Server administration for versions 2008 through 2019.
• Execute complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for high-severity incidents involving Domain Controllers and user authentication.
• Implement and maintain Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and ADFS to ensure high availability of IT infrastructure.
• Handle technical escalations, coordinate with customers, and ensure incident resolution and SLA compliance.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019.
• Deep expertise in Active Directory, including ADFS and Azure AD.
• Proficiency with DNS, DHCP, and PKI.
• Experience with domain consolidation and Group Policy design for large-scale organizations.
• Ability to manage on-prem and cloud-based identity services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex system repairs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience documenting technical SOPs and work instructions.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management tasks.
