Description

Manage and govern the corporate Identity Management environment, serving as the escalation point for complex production issues and driving enterprise-level design implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for the identity environment.
• Develop, document, and enforce security procedures and controls for Windows Systems and Active Directory.
• Analyze technical problems to prevent future occurrences and identify service delivery enhancements.
• Drive global initiatives through implementation using enterprise-level designs.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on networking and Office365 environments.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of experience with Microsoft Directory services.
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, DFSR, DHCP, AD Certificates, and DNS.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Active Directory Cross Forest and Terminal Server.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, VB script, and Batch scripting.
• Deep understanding of Group Policy implementation and account lockout troubleshooting.
• Expertise in DFS, FRS, and file/folder management.
• Technical knowledge of TCP/IP, SMB, Kerberos, and DNS (Zone Transfers, queries).
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory replication tools and disaster recovery/backup solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting on networking and Office365.
