Description

You will manage, maintain, and secure an enterprise-level Active Directory environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Active Directory infrastructure, including domain controllers, FSMO roles, sites, and services.
  • Design and deploy AD structures, domains, forests, and trusts.
  • Implement and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for secure access control.
  • Troubleshoot AD replication, DNS, and authentication issues.
  • Manage user accounts, OU structures, and delegation of control.
  • Maintain identity federation and single sign-on solutions such as ADFS and Azure AD.
  • Execute migrations, upgrades, and patching for domain controllers.

Required Skills

  • 5–10 years of experience in Active Directory administration.
  • Expertise in Active Directory design, management, and architecture.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and LDAP.
  • Experience with Windows Server OS (2008 through 2022).
  • Hands-on experience managing hybrid identity environments (on-prem AD and Azure AD).
  • Deep understanding of Group Policy Objects (GPO).
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols including Kerberos, NTLM, and SAML.
  • Experience with AD backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Azure AD Connect and synchronization troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and cloud identity tools.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
