You will manage, maintain, and secure an enterprise-level Active Directory environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer Active Directory infrastructure, including domain controllers, FSMO roles, sites, and services.
- Design and deploy AD structures, domains, forests, and trusts.
- Implement and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for secure access control.
- Troubleshoot AD replication, DNS, and authentication issues.
- Manage user accounts, OU structures, and delegation of control.
- Maintain identity federation and single sign-on solutions such as ADFS and Azure AD.
- Execute migrations, upgrades, and patching for domain controllers.
Required Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in Active Directory administration.
- Expertise in Active Directory design, management, and architecture.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and LDAP.
- Experience with Windows Server OS (2008 through 2022).
- Hands-on experience managing hybrid identity environments (on-prem AD and Azure AD).
- Deep understanding of Group Policy Objects (GPO).
- Knowledge of authentication protocols including Kerberos, NTLM, and SAML.
- Experience with AD backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure AD Connect and synchronization troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and cloud identity tools.
- Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
