Description

Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory environments, including user provisioning, group management, and file share permissions. You will act as an escalation point for security issues and ensure compliance with corporate security controls. Responsibilities include analyzing user access problems, performing data normalization, and supporting privileged access management.

Responsibilities

• Administer Active Directory, managing users, groups, and enterprise platform access.
• Provision and de-provision access across multiple systems to maintain security hygiene.
• Escalate and resolve complex security problems not addressed by the IT Service Desk.
• Analyze and resolve user and data access issues, ensuring adherence to security standards.
• Participate in data cleanup, normalization, and role mining activities.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 2+ years of IT experience, specifically with Active Directory administration.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools, particularly ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Identity Solutions such as Sailpoint IIQ/ISC or Saviynt.
• Understanding of Privileged Access Management solutions (e.g., Delinea, CyberArk).
• Strong understanding of user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access control concepts.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
