Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for the design, configuration, and engineering of a global Active Directory and Windows Server environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect global Active Directory infrastructure, including domain consolidation, Group Policy, and Azure AD.
• Plan and execute Active Directory domain level upgrades and oversee global backup and recovery strategies.
• Develop and implement PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and environment management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving Active Directory, GPO, and identity management systems.
• Maintain technical documentation for operating procedures and ensure compliance with security standards through Change Management.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of direct experience in Active Directory operations and engineering within large enterprise distributed environments.
• Expertise in designing AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, DNS, DHCP, and Organizational Units.
• Strong working knowledge of Azure AD, including AD Connect and PTA.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation.
• Proven experience architecting domain consolidation projects for large-scale organizations.
• Ability to design and manage Group Policy Objects (GPO) for server and endpoint compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• MCSE or MCSA certification (specifically Windows Server 2012).
