Description

You will manage and optimize enterprise-level Active Directory environments, ensuring domain controller integrity and executing complex identity migrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Domain Controllers, Sites, Subnets, and SYSVOL health.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot Group Policies, DFSR, and Namespace configurations.
• Execute Active Directory migrations for users, groups, and servers between forests using QMM or ADMT.
• Perform AD clean-up tasks including inactive objects, stale DNS records, and unused GPOs.
• Handle AD backup, restore operations, and FSMO role transfers or seizures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Active Directory administration and troubleshooting.
• Deep knowledge of DNS (aging and scavenging) and LDAP/LDAPS integration.
• Proficiency with PowerShell for AD automation tasks.
• Experience with ADMT and QMM tools for domain migrations.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure AD Connect and Azure AD management (MFA, RBAC, PIM, B2B/B2C).
• Strong understanding of PKI environments and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
• Ability to manage trust relationships and NTP configurations.
• Experience with Domain Controller upgrades and consolidation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience extending Active Directory to AWS environments.
