Description

You will lead the simplification of Active Directory environments by reducing objects and decommissioning child domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Active Directory components to identify dependencies and migration impacts.
• Collaborate with technical and platform owners to execute decommissioning and migration processes.
• Manage change control, assess risks, and maintain realistic project plans.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, diagrams, and operational support processes.
• Provide 3rd line incident and problem escalation for messaging and collaboration platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration and senior engineering roles.
• Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory and complex multi-forest environments.
• Strong proficiency with DNS and Windows Server 2016 or above.
• Hands-on experience administering Office 365 and Azure technologies.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, scripting, and task automation.
• Experience in technical project management and delivery.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, specifically Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Understanding of Agile working methods.
• Ability to perform maintenance during non-business hours and weekends.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with technical project delivery within a service-oriented framework.
