Description

You administer Active Directory and EntraID, managing daily operations for native accounts, groups, roles, and applications. You handle incident resolution, change activities, and problem management while documenting tasks and project components.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of Active Directory and EntraID.
• Manage native accounts, groups, roles, and applications.
• Participate in incident resolution and change activities.
• Track and document assigned tasks and project components.
• Execute problem management processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or Technical Support.
• 3+ years of experience with EntraID and Active Directory administration.
• Strong knowledge of identity and security concepts.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell for automation and daily operations.
• Ability to track, document, and execute technical tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Python or other programming/scripting languages.
