Description

You will manage Active Directory and Entra ID support, handling daily operational tasks, incident resolution, and automation initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory Domain and Entra ID support queues, including ServiceNow incident and task resolution.
• Execute daily runbook checks and monthly patching for directory servers and BP Lab environments.
• Develop and maintain Terraform automation scripts for Directory Services, utilizing PowerShell as the underlying engine.
• Provide technical assistance for DNS, mail distribution lists, and directory services to internal stakeholders.
• Track and deliver assigned Product Backlog Items (PBIs) on Agile boards, focusing on Synapse automation and infrastructure as code.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Active Directory and Entra ID administration.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and operational tasks.
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation and configuration management.
• Familiarity with IT service management tools, specifically ServiceNow.
• Understanding of DNS, mail routing, and directory services architecture.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage PBIs effectively.
